Working with different cultural backgrounds can be a challenge, and awareness is necessary to make it into joy. What kind of experience and knowledge do employees bring to their working environment, and can it be of enormous added value, or can it be a hindering?
What kind of environment would you wish for and where would you put your boundaries? How do you make the workplace into a welcoming, open and safe working environment?
What do you see as basic principles and how do you as a person or colleagues face challenges in this?
Multicultural cooperation can be a gift in live and work, but it requires involvement and knowledge.
The workshop “Give colour to working together” will take place at 27th of May 2025 from 09.30 hrs. till 17.30 hrs. and the venue will be in a central place in the Netherlands.
