Introduction into the Dutch Works Councils Act
How can you shape this employee involvement?
Every company in The Netherlands that has 50 or more employees is obligated to install a Works Council. There are clear rules and obligations, but the law is focused on the possibility for staff to have influence on the policy of the company they work for.
How can you shape this employee involvement? Can employee participation lead to cooperation and added value based on the different roles of the employer and works council? What is the minimal knowledge you need and what are boundaries that have to be respected?
The workshop will take place on the 18th of March 2025 from 09.30 till 17.30 hours in the surroundings of Utrecht.
